About Me
My name is John Kevin Bell AKA JKB and I am the owner / operator of JKBstudios. Originally from Stillwater, I’m a Pioneer and a Cowboy where I studied Illustration and Graphic Design. I have been a professional floral designer for over 25 years. I became a licensed tattoo artist in the summer of 2009 in Miami Florida. Moved to Sedona Arizona where I opened my first tattoo shop called “Vortex Ink”. Since that time, I worked in Miami at a tattoo shop in the Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida and at the oldest running shop in South Beach ” SOBE Tattoo”. Lucky13AZ came about from living in central Phoenix at a house turned tattoo shop on 1313 N. 13th St.
All along the way, I have used my graphic design skills to build websites for clients. I designed the current one you are watching as well.
Since 2016, I fell into the Film Industry and wrote My first screenplay called “The Sedona Project” off of a novel I wrote. Since then I have 20 full feature scripts all in various stages.
Novels & Screenplays
JKB is currently writing his second novel “Shift “. Shift was JKB’s second script and a sequel to “The Sedona Project”.
JKB offers a ghost writing service for both manuscripts and screenplays!
JKB is always writing a movie script. He just completed a 2 part Vampire script called “Infused” which he plans to shoot once the new Production company building is completed. Also, he is scheduled to shoot a true story Spiritual Horror film called “Angels of War” off of a clients E book of the same name.
Pre Production is already in full swing for the first Infused film. Several actors are lined up and B roll is in the books. A few of the difficult CGI scenes are being worked on currently.

JKBstudios offers a wide variety of services from his vast background of experiences. JKB in currently in the process of establishing a full functioning 5 thousand square foot Production company with a same sized basement where several rooms will be built for guests in movie shoots and in off times can be rented as air B & B’s. Orange Lotus will be a floral design studio with over 25 years experience and a tattoo studio with 16 years experience. Tuff Monkey Films has been in the film industry and writing screenplays and novels for 9 years. Orange lotus will also be a t-shirt printing company with 8 years experience and designing websites and logos for 30 plus years! Orange lotus will house a full service spa.
JKB Studios will offer wedding packages for all price points. Deluxe packages will offer the wedding to be filmed in front of our movie green screen as to give the effect of a wedding in an exotic location. Stay tuned!

I am a Writer, Director, Producer, Editor, 3D & VFX Artist and Storyboard Artist. Currently I have 35 IMDB credits. I currently have 20 feature scripts!
I got my start back in South Beach Miami in 2008. I worked in the oldest shop there called Sobe Tattoos and I had the fortune to tattoo in Hollywood Florida at the Hardrock Hotel & Casino. I own Lucky13AZ since 2013
I have had the opportunity to work at some of the highest and best shops in Dallas and in South Beach Miami among others.
I attended Oklahoma State University where I studied for my art degree. Since then, I design websites, logos & apparel designs for patrons.
I got my start in Prescott, AZ when I opened my print shop called “Bellboy Screen-printing and designs” in 93′. Still designing to this day!
