Welcome to Lucky13AZ. We have been established since 2013 where we started in Phoenix. The name comes from the addy where we started it. 1313 N. 13th St. thus the name. I have tattooed in several states including Miami Florida in South Beach and in Hollywood Florida at the Hotel and Hardrock Casino. Currently we are back in Prescott, Arizona.
